Dear Christmas,
My sentiments exactly. Delays, cancellations, wasting precious funds, stress of familial gatherings…can all get bent. It’s time for a breather. Could be a year, could be many years, either way it’s time we went our separate ways.
I’m breaking up with you. It’s over. I’ll be honest- it’s you, not me. There are no sparks or magic left. I just don’t have the patience anymore.
Who knows, maybe we’ll meet again in the future? I just need some time away from you for awhile now.
